I am a College graduate with a bachelors of science from the University of Connecticut with a minor in human development and health sciences. I have extensive management experience, and I have been a full time teacher in Thailand for math, science, and English. I am certified with both my TEFL and my TESOL. I have taught from kindergarten to high school. Among many responsibilities of a full time teacher, I was also responsible for lesson planning and examinations. I spent a semester interning at a preschool for husky reads, a program dedicated to teaching children in lower income areas about health and nutrition. I have taken a training course on how to establish relationships, tutor, and care for children. l am also a certified yoga teacher. I love yoga, hiking, and working with children. Currently, I teach in the after school program in Malden. I teach fitness and yoga with a touch of kindness and journaling to ages ranging from kindergarten to 8th grade.
