About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, energetic, grounded I like working with kids because I have two of my own. 12&9. I am in nursing school currently. I believe that safe and loving child care is foundational for the development of the child. I'm looking for a job that has clear communication and works with my schedule. I started working with kids when I started babysitting when I was 13, I am a mother now and absolutely love holding, feeding and discovering the world through the eyes of a child. In my spare time, I like to be with my children of course. I tend a large garden. I am herbalist and love to forage and hike. As well read and go on long bike rides. One thing you should know about me is I am loyal and have strong commitments. My skills include soothing, napping baby with songs and contact in slings or carriers. I enjoy cooking wholesome meals and cleaning with natural products.
