Lauren was such a wonderful help to my family and me! We hired her to care for my 8-month-old daughter while my husband and I were working, and she was such a joy to work with! She arrived early every time, she was so kind and patient with my daughter, and she was quick to pick up on instructions about our daughter's schedule. She always left notes for us on how the day went, which was much appreciated! My daughter took to Lauren right away - she certainly has a way with kiddos! We would have loved for Lauren to help out with childcare again if she weren't moving away! She will be such a gem for the next family who is lucky enough to find her!
