About Lauren

I started babysitting neighbors in middle school, then at 16 I watched two upper elementary school aged children, after that summer I began to work in a daycare at lifetime where I met several families that I regularly babysat for as well as the family I ended up working for as a nanny. In 2017 I began to nanny evenings and weekends for a family of three, ages one, three and 10. Then after leaving for college the family had me live with them during any breaks from school to take care of the kids. For this family I would travel with them, grocery shop and run errands, help the kids with school and learning, play with the kids to keep them happy and entertained, take the kids various places, ensure the kids were safe at all times, cook for the kids and perform household chores on top of cleaning up after the kids. When babysitting I am always sure to be interactive and engage in playing with the children to make sure they look forward to the times when I am there.
