About Laurel

I like working with kids because they are so curious, creative, and full of energy. I also absolutely love how witty they can be sometimes. I haven't done paid childcare jobs for a sustained period of time. However, I have learned a lot from the jobs I have done as well as from childcare I've done as a favor to friends. In my spare time I like to paint, make crafts, and take nature walks but the hobby I engage with the most is reading. I love reading, crafting, and exploring nature with kids because it's a wonderful experience sharing my passions with them! One thing you should know about me is that I like to cook and am willing to occasionally also prepare meals for the family if necessary!
