About Laureen

I'd describe myself as trustworthy, reliable, patient, and caring. I have over 20 years of childcare experience and truly love helping children learn, grow, and build confidence. I began working with children when I started volunteering at a Christian academy during a challenging time in my life after my husband was diagnosed with cancer. That opportunity led to a full-time position where I spent over 10 years caring for and teaching children. Since then, I have continued my childcare journey through preschool, childcare settings, and private nanny work. I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged. I'm looking for a long-term relationship with a family that values trust, communication, and respect. In my spare time, I'm very family-oriented and enjoy spending quality time with my children and making memories together. I treat every child in my care with the same love, patience, and respect I would want for my own.
