About Laura

Hi, I'm Laura, I'm 31 yrs old, and have worked as a certified nursing assistant the last 11 years. I am a friendly, upbeat professional. I have 11 years experience caring for elderly adults in a rehabilitation, long term care facility, and home care. I have experience with strokes and dementia. Bed baths, dressing, toileting(catheters&colostomy), ambulation, and med reminders are 2nd nature to me. I am very caring/patient and understand/respect the many needs of others, especially seniors. I love my job, caring for others is something that comes very naturally to me. I love getting to know my patients/residents and learn what they like to do. I can help with doctor appts, grocery shopping, and house work. A little about me; with my spare time I love being outdoors; walks, hiking, and going to state parks. I also do a lot of scrap booking and pretty much anything you can find at a craft store! I have multiple references as well:)
