I am back looking for a new family to nanny for! I am still with the family (part time) that I've been with for 8 years. I have experience with over 20 families, some of which I have watched the kiddos since birth(back 12 years of references). I worked for extended school day for 3 years where I made lesson plans and organized play for grades K-5 . I was a camp counselor and taught skiing and wake boarding for ages 5-15. My cabin had 20 14-year-olds (yikes, right?) I have taken classes in general psychology, children' s literature, child safety and nutrition, methods of teaching, and child growth and development. I have taken classes on CPR and First Aid when I was a lifeguard, and still teach swimming lessons. I pride myself on my ability to teach in all circumstances and my HIGH level of patience! I also love Disney, singing, drawing, painting, dancing, and getting messy! I am very hands on and I can assure you your child will be fully prepared for school.
