About Laura

Hi, I'm Laura! I am returning to nannying after a brief career as a lawyer. After three years of law school and two in the legal profession, I discovered that my truest joy came from working with kids. I sing, play guitar, and make balloon animals. I get along great with young kids because I'm a goofball, but I also know how to leverage that to get things done. I've found that kids are much more cooperative when they find that the quickest way to get back to having fun is to do whatever dreaded task is being asked of them, whether it's brushing their teeth or putting toys away. I may not technically. but I have played her on stage! I have my own car, so transportation isn't an issue. I'm punctual, cheerful, and love powering through a day of tasks. My previous nannying positions have included light housework, so I'm accustomed to that. I look forward to hearing from you!
