Laura always arrives early and prepared. She is great with communication via text. The first time she came, she immediately went to work. She didn't even need to be shown around or have anything explained. She works hard the entire time and pays attention to detail. We really like her because she doesn't just do 'surface cleaning'. She cleans behind and under things... the unseen places that most cleaners miss. We've already used her twice and will absolutely continue to use her services. Also, we like the fact that she's Covid vaccinated and wears a mask.
