About Laura

My name is Laura. I am a 34-year-old caregiver with 14+ years of experience in public and private care settings. I've worked as a nanny, a substitute teacher, a home school helper, a preschool teacher's aide, a church childcare provider, and a caregiver for a client with Alzheimer's Disease. My responsibilities have ranged from entertaining and monitoring my charges, to bathing/toileting/diapering my charges (child & adult), to meal prep, to transporting my charges to and from events, appointments, school, etc., to extensive homework help, to traveling with families on vacation, for care purposes. I appreciate a family that takes a teamwork approach to the care and nurturing of their loved ones.
