I cannot recommend Laura highly enough as a nanny and caregiver. She is an incredibly compassionate, trustworthy, and nurturing woman who truly has a gift for working with children. Caring for kids is clearly more than just a job to her — it’s a genuine calling. She loves and cares for my children as if they were her own, and that kind of heartfelt connection is rare to find. One of the things I appreciate most about Laura is her ability to see each child as an individual. She doesn’t try to force children into a “one-size-fits-all” approach, but instead takes time to understand their personalities, needs, and cues. She provides gentle, respectful guidance while still maintaining healthy structure and boundaries. Watching her calmly redirect difficult or unkind behaviors with patience, empathy, and consistency has been truly impressive. My children absolutely adore her. They are always excited when she arrives and constantly ask when they’ll get to see her again. That alone speaks volumes about the safe, loving, and engaging environment she creates. Laura has also been wonderful with my neurodivergent daughter. She approaches her with patience, understanding, and zero judgment, which immediately put my heart at ease as a parent. She remains calm under pressure and creates an atmosphere where children feel supported, valued, and understood. Another quality that stands out is her love of learning and personal growth, which naturally carries over into the care she provides. She is attentive, thoughtful, creative, and intentional in the way she interacts with children. Laura is also a woman of strong faith, and I appreciated the respectful and natural way she shared that part of herself — never in a forced or uncomfortable manner, but simply through genuine conversations and the kindness she shows others. Most importantly, Laura respected our family’s boundaries, parenting preferences, and values exceptionally well. As a parent, that level of professionalism and communication means everything. If I had to mention any weakness at all, it would simply be that she can occasionally be a little indecisive — but honestly, that is far outweighed by her countless strengths. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Laura caring for their children. She is dependable, loving, patient, engaging, and truly exceptional at what she does. I wholeheartedly recommend her and genuinely believe you will not regret choosing her to care for your family.
