About Laura

I have a passion for nurturing and caring for children, which led me to become a childcare provider. I have three years of experience, during which I've had the pleasure of looking after two children at a time. I'm comfortable caring for children between the ages of 0-11. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I'm very responsible. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise through regular updates via text or phone call, or in-person at pickup, depending on their preference. I enjoy playing both educational and recreational games with children. Some of my favorite games to play are board games and puzzles, as well as outdoor sports and physical games. I'm also a skilled swimmer and would love to teach your children how to swim, if you'd like! I have some college education, and I'm certified in First Aid and CPR. I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant.
