Laura never showed up. We were trying to arrange for her to be there the day before to be walked through what needed to be done to care for my mother. But her finals got in the way of that. We understood and we're OK with it. Then on the day she was supposed to start she was supposed to come early So she could be walked through what needed to be done for my mother. She texted and said she was on her way. And she just never showed up. Leaving my parents stranded. Unable to help themselves. She's not answering her phone or responding to any texts. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
