About Laura

I have 6 years working as a caregiver for the elderly with different types of diseases and disabilities such as dementia, CHF, COPD, diabetes, fractures, using a walker or wheelchair and those who unfortunately are bedridden. I also have a medical background having worked in urgent care clinics, Internal medicine and Family Practice. I love the work I do and I will do my best to be as caring and compassionate to your loved ones needs. I have experience in checking vitals and reminding them to take their medications or administering it, people who are bedridden, hospice care, showering/bathing in bed, wheelchair transfers, bedside commode catheters. I'm will also prepare your loved ones meals according to each individual's likes or doctor's recommendations. I will help with medication reminders/management, dressing, light housekeeping, changing of depends etc. I look forward to working with you on giving your loved one the best quality of care they deserve.
