About Laura

My name is Laura and I am a mother of two, ages 10 and 5. I love being a mother and being around my children is what brings me the most joy. My family and I moved to Oregon about 3 years ago and we love it here. Now that my children are both in school for most of the day, I am looking to find a job where I can bring in some extra money home. I have two years experience. In my most recent job I took care of a 4-year-old girl while her parents were at work. My responsibilities included: caring for her while not in school, providing meals, doing crafts, playing at parks, driving her to school, and dance. I'm patient, caring and responsible, and would love the opportunity to work with a family in need of some child care. I feel comfortable doing some light housekeeping and laundry if needed.
