About Laura

Hi, I'm Laura, a social worker and military veteran currently working as an RBT. I love to cook, read, and listen to music. I enjoy spending time in nature with my dog. I'm an outgoing, dependable, and caring professional with over 20 years of experience providing child care in home, daycare, and school/therapy settings. Caring for children is rewarding and meaningful for me, I love their curiosity and enjoy helping them figure out the world around them. Helping families grow, be more functional, and have more quality time is my goal. I'd love to partner with a family with one or two children under 10. I am experienced with infant care, special needs care, and developmental milestones. I am hands-on and prefer to engage children in play, reading, music, arts/crafts, and outside time. I am happy to help with meals and light housekeeping.
