About Laura

I have been a nanny, post-partum doula, taught preschool/kindergarten, have been a director of a small child care/preschool, have a related degree and attend ongoing early childhood training. I am currently focusing on providing loving care to newborns and infants into early toddler-hood. I love working with children during this precious time in their life. I have a deep understanding on the importance of each young child having nurturing, attentive and consistent caretakers to help them form loving attachments, to learn healthy feeding and sleep habits, and to develop into unique, healthy, happy children. I am committed to providing this quality care to your new baby - and to partnering with you as we share this commitment to the well being of your child. As I work with your child - I love sharing the outdoors, having adventures, and engaging them in creative and early literacy activities. I am structured, organized, but also playful and capable of just having fun with children.
