About Laura

Hi there! My name is Laura and I am an experienced and dedicated care provider. With over a decade of care giving and educator experience, I have worked with dozens of families in their homes as a nanny and tutor, and dozens more in classrooms and academic centers. In addition to my years of nannying experience, I was an English as a Second Language teacher in middle school, ran an after school program for elementary children, and have worked with children in varying roles since I was a child myself. You could say it's a life long passion! As the third oldest of eight kids, I often joke that I was raised to raise kids. When I was 11, I was already a pro at changing diapers and feeding babies. My skills have developed quite a bit since then, but I still love spending time nurturing young people and caring for children. As a mom myself, I know how important it is to have someone you can really trust around your kids. I would love to support your family in any way I can!
