Hello. My daughter has been looking for child care for some time. I attempted to help her locate (I’m the grand mother)care by using this site and saw Laura and two others. I followed the site protocol and got a response from Laura and two others expecting to be able to speak with them like people would. Instead, I was greeted over the phone with animosity and interrogated before I could ask the questions I needed answered which comes before further proceeding with a decision to meet in person and complete a check. Laura was questioning my phone number because it wasn’t a local number (as if I’m a felon). Then asks if I plan to do a screening( I hadn’t been able to ask or interview her by phone yet). Normally, you speak to someone,ask questions, get all the information you need,do a check and see if the person will be a good fit. This lady is obnoxious and wanted to interrogate before we could speak. BIZARRE! Good way to lose business. Then to top it off, looking at her details about care it says she’s available full time and she tells me she is only available part time. This lady is very rude and apprehensive and doesn’t know how to speak to potential clients
