About Laura

Hi my name is Laura, I have been working in childcare and education for 14 years. Before that, I babysat for friends and families! I have a degree in liberal studies with a minor in early child development and have also completed most of my masters work to become a credentialed elementary school teacher. I am passionate about education and early childhood development and have worked as a nanny, in a home daycare setting, and at a daycare center for children ranging from infancy to 6 years. I have one child born April 2025, who I would ideally bring along with me. I value education, every day learning and play. I am an advocate to little to no screen time.
