Shelley is a phenomenal caregiver. She was our full-time nanny to our baby from 5-18 mo old. Her attention to detail and ability to adapt to our needs was huge, as our baby was born 10 weeks early and had a lot of tedious childcare logistics. She always had great advice and insight to draw on from her deep experience, while at the same time she supported and respected our decisions. Over the months our baby thrived in terms of development thanks to Shelley; she taught her core sign language skills and led her through activities including fine motor skill development exercises and Montessori-style playtime. Shelley was also an instrumental guide for all of us as our baby passed through all the big 1-year milestones; she was a great teammate in keeping us deeply informed and collaborating on how to encourage our baby through each phase. Lastly, she was a joy to work with and brought a sense of calm and order to our chaotic household. She'll always be a part of our family!
