About Laura

I have had the privilege of working with Laura for over three years. I did initially find her on care.com. You can see the prior reference. It does not fully encompass how great she is. She started taking care of my daughter at seven weeks old! She has been a blessing to our family. I cannot stress the amount of care and compassion she brings to work every day. She has been with us from the newborn to the toddler stage. She does an excellent job with the “typical” childcare activities. Our daughter is clean, and well fed, and very engaged. Where she excels has been in the extra things. She takes her to storytime, toddler, gymnastics, and is always looking for local activities that she might enjoy. She even takes her to swim class! She has assisted with potty training. She is also started teaching her numbers and letters and preparation for starting pre-K. We trust her implicitly. We also have a school-age child, and she takes care of him when he’s home sick or when he has days off from school. She also works well with his age group and included him in outings. I am very sad to lose her and our kids will miss her terribly. I hope that she ends up with a great family, and I’m happy to answer any questions anyone might have.
