About Laura
Experience: 10 yrs
I am an adjunct professor who has been teaching writing and literature for over 20 years. I have a Masters Degree in Creatve Writing from CUNY. I am passionate about helping my students not only become better writers, but to realize the obstacles they encounter can be overcome. Everyone has a voice and something to say. I'd describe my personality as funny, caring, and patient. I like tutoring because it gives me joy to watch a student find their voice and overcome obstacles. One thing you should know about me is I truly care about my students.
