About Laura Estefania

I am a 25-year-old Colombian nursing student with over 3, 000 hours of childcare experience as a volunteer, nanny, babysitter, and homework tutor. I have cared for infants, toddlers, children with autism, and groups of children, always creating a safe, nurturing environment. My background in Project Management and International Business, together with my freelance experience, has strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I genuinely love working with children and being part of their growth daily with care. I enjoy helping them learn, build confidence, become more independent, and explore the world. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, respected, supported, and encouraged. For me, childcare is more than supervision. It is about creating supporting each child's development, encouraging curiosity, and making everyday moments opportunities to learn. I also value giving parents peace of mind by providing reliable and compassionate care.
