About Laura

I have been babysitting since I was in high school. I have two young nieces I have cared for since birth. I was a 3rd grade teacher for 3 years, but also have experience with all ages in the elementary school. Some other experiences include working with children/adults with disabilities. For 5 years I provided therapy and care for an individual with autism (from age 5-10). My bachelor's degree is in elementary ed. and special ed (ESE). I am trained for ages between kindergarten-age 26. Before my current teaching position, I filled a long term sub position in a toddler class room (Ages 2 and 3). My most current job is working for a private family tutoring a 14-year-old and nannying 14-year-old twins. I'm also a house manager for the family and work for their company in an admin role.
