About Laura

Hi! My name is Laura & I board dogs at my home in Riverhead. I have 30+ years of experience working with a multitude of animals. I worked at a veterinarian for many years. I can help with all aspects of animal care from pet sitting, grooming & training. I can even teach you things about your animals to help you enrich your bond with them. I am currently a full time animal science teacher & am looking for some new clients now that my kids are "almost" grown I'm looking to make some extra money to help them with college. I have 3 dogs, 5 cats, 6 chickens, a chinchilla & a ferret at my home that I love very much as well as many classroom animals. My dogs are very friendly & get along with any dog that I board. Your & will become part of the family when they are here. I only use a kennel for mealtimes. I have a big fenced in backyard as well as a small dog pool for hot days. I can supply references if needed. I charge $65 a day. I look froward to meeting you & your furry friend!
