Laura lived with our family during the holidays, and committed to do three days a week with us. she no showed for work one day, didn't hear from her until four days later. She finally got in touch with me and said she got into a car accident, where she broke her phone and hurt her hand. She was supposed to call us after the status of her hand and we'd make a plan. She never ever contacted us again.
