I have done practically all of my community service work in childcare centers since I was in high school, and when I was 17, I worked at my church/school in the daycare for a year until I graduated. Then when I was 19, I worked at a Montessori as an assistant daycare worker for three months when I was laid off. Both jobs were part-time. Since then I have worked at an in home daycare for several years, another franchise daycare for several months and as a nanny for almost a year now. My main job is providing for my son who is almost 10 years old and on the spectrum.
