Hi! My name is Laura, and I'm a caring, responsible, and patient professional with approximately 8 years of experience working with the Department of Education. Through my work, I've supported children of different ages and backgrounds, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. My experience has given me strong skills in supervision, homework support, behavior guidance, organization, and creating structured yet nurturing environments. I understand the importance of consistency, communication, and safety in a child's daily routine. I am bilingual - I speak both English and Spanish - which allows me to support families who value multicultural communication or want their children exposed to a second language. I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with children and providing families with peace of mind, knowing their little ones are in caring and capable hands.
