About Laura

My personality is described as being kind, patient, social and creative. I like to be part of the development of infants who can be positively influenced based on love and care to inspire them to be good people in the future. Children encourage me to be more creative, I can help them keep them engaged and motivated. Working with children is fun, they are very happy and that helps to maintain a positive attitude towards life. I started working with children 7 years ago in Colombia my native country, when I studied at university in my free time I took care of the children of my fellow students, in the United States I have taken care of a 4-year-old girl and a month-old baby. During that time I have developed communication skills to understand the desires and needs of infants, I have had the ability to have a positive and serene attitude especially when they encounter challenging behaviors and be very creative to be able to develop activities that distract them
