If I should need someone to care for my parent or child, Laura would be my confident first choice. She is kind and patient, with a warm and maternal nature, very attentive to detail (correct medications, attention to food safety and overall comfort), encouraging with her lovely personality and witty sense of humor, putting those around her at ease. Laura is a good problem solver and stays calm under pressure. I was always confident that my parent was safe and well cared for in Laura’s care.
