About Laura

Laura has been with our family for the past three years and it breaks my heart to part ways, but with our children older now we just do not have the same needs we did when we brought her on. My three children adore her and she has been my right hand. As a mom herself, she knows what I need even before I do. For the first two years during COVID she kept our baby at home. I was also working from home for the first two years and was able to watch firsthand how engaged and loving she was with our kids. When our youngest went to daycare, we transitioned her to a Home Manager role during the day and then she took on nanny roles in the afternoon when the children were home until we ended work at 5. She was able to handle all the things in the home that I did not have time for. She registered children for activities, paid bills, organized closets, cooked meals, handled groceries and errands. I also trusted her in taking my kids to doctor appointments, dentist appointments, haircuts, etc. These are just a few examples - but she was always willing to take on whatever we needed to keep the house afloat. I also cannot understate her reliability. In three years I can count on one hand the number of times she needed to take a sick day or had personal conflicts. She was always on time if not a few minutes early, and in the few times she had conflicts she always communicated them to us. Her professionalism and communication was always so appreciated. Through the years her servant spirit has not wavered - she genuinely just wanted to help our family. It devastates me to let her go and any family would be so fortunate to get her!
