In addition I have also worked as a mentor and coach on and off since 2016, guiding children of different backgrounds and behaviors in schools and group homes. I am CPR &First aid certified as well as certified in early child development and infant development through the Red Cross. I can offer a great supporting role in your family dynamic given my complex experience working with a multitude of children and youth. We hired Launita as our full time nanny from Jan 2022-August 2022 to care for our two young boys (aged 15 months and 3.5yrs) during her semester off from college. We loved working with her and our boys adored her! She was punctual, hard-working, detail-oriented, responsive to feedback/direction, energetic and playful with the boys, creative (baking, planning outings, doing art projects with our boys), and was rarely on her phone. We appreciated that she sent us pictures & updates on our boys, and impressed by her fastidiousness in keeping our house clean--not only doing dishes, but also frequently vacuum or swiffering if the boys made a mess on the floor during a mealtime. She was very helpful and supportive of our family for trips, our house sale, during the delivery of our 3rd baby, and during our move. She is trustworthy, professional, communicative, and I would recommend her highly!
