Latoya is very dependable and pleasant. And she's open to clean additional things than originally planned. She has very good references as well. However, I found the level of clean to be mediocre. Unless clearly pointed out, things did not get cleaned. And when a deep clean of floors was requested, I still found dried on spills in main galley ways.
