To whom it may concern, I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Lationia . I have known Lationia for about a year during which time she was providing care for my elderly and mostly bedridden mother until she passed. I find Lationia hard working and a good communicator. She was very capable, and my mother absolutely trusted and looked forward to Lationia’s shifts. Three noteworthy qualities that I believe merit serious consideration of Lationia for any position for which she applies are her initiative, communication skills and her ability to work well in stressful situations. She shows interest and concern for all issues and has consistently arrived promptly and prepared to work. Lationia is an excellent candidate for any position that will allow her to utilize her positive attitude and enthusiasm as well as her high level of maturity.
