My grandfather used to say: "There are three things that separate a good man from the rest; Tenacity, Integrity, & Attention to Detail." These are the pillars I try to bring with me everyday. Tenacity- As a buffalo rancher, my grandfather had a much different usage of this word than I do, but the core of the idea remains the same- tackle every hurdle every day with the same motivated energy. No matter what you face, do it with your chin up and a grateful heart. Integrity- Let's face it: in this industry, the one thing a client values above all else is trust. Trust that in an emergency, they have the right person by their side to weather the storm. I pride myself on maintaining that level of dignity and integrity everyday. Attention to Detail- I truly believe that the home is a reflection of the heart, and clean home is just as important for long-term wellness as a clean body. Memory care has taught me that the small details matter the most, from the medicine box to the dishwasher.
