About Lashonda

Greetings! Along with my experience and passion for teaching and nurturing children, I have also found a strong desire in helping the elderly. I feel that providing this assistance goes beyond pay, it is also the feeling of fulfillment when you know you've made a difference in someone's life sometimes by something so simple as being great company to someone who may no longer have anyone else close in their life. I worked with seniors for about 6 months before completing my educational degree and I enjoyed it! On a personal note, taking care of my own grandmother, it's a blessing to be able to give back to those who have always been there for you. On the professional side of things, from feeding, bathing and running errands to a simple yet interesting conversation in between, it's a heart warmer to be there for others who may need you most!
