Making a difference in someone's life is my passion. I've dedicated the last three years to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I prioritize earning trust when building connections with care recipients. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. As a home health aide, I provide transportation, hospice services, run errands, offer light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and encourage physical activity.
