We have had the absolute pleasure of having Lashe as our nanny for the past year and a half, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has been with us since our son was 5 months old and has been an integral part of his development journey from 5 months to 24 months. Lashe has shown exceptional care, patience, and dedication in her role. From the very beginning, she created a loving and nurturing environment for our son, ensuring his safety and well-being at all times. She is incredibly attentive and always goes above and beyond to meet his needs, whether it's feeding, changing, or soothing him. One of the things we appreciate most about Lashe is her ability to engage and stimulate our son's development. She incorporates a variety of educational and fun activities into his daily routine, which has significantly contributed to his cognitive and motor skills. From reading books and singing songs to playing with educational toys and outdoor activities, Lashe has been instrumental in fostering his growth and curiosity. She has even taught him baby sign language! Her professionalism and reliability are unmatched. Lashe is always punctual and maintains open and clear communication with us. She provides us with daily updates on our son's progress, ensuring we are always informed and reassured. She is VERY flexible with the schedule and has been available for 13hr days and date nights. Moreover, Lashe has become a trusted and cherished member of our family. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine love for our son are evident in everything she does. We are incredibly grateful for the peace of mind she has given us, knowing our son is in the best possible hands. If you are looking for a nanny who is caring, experienced, and truly exceptional in every way, Lashe is the one!
