Lashaye is fantastic! From the time we first connected, she was responsive, punctual, and went out of her way to make sure my kids had a great time while she cared for them. She came to our house in advance of working for us in order to meet our kids, and arrived right when she said she would. She provided after school transport and care for our daughters during their first week of school (which required her to navigate different classrooms for pick-up and Washington DC traffic), and she was even willing to accommodate a last minute schedule change that required her to also pick up our son from his daycare several miles away. I did not provide any specific instructions regarding what she needed to do with my kids after school, so without my asking, she took my girls to the library, the park, prepared dinner, and helped them read books from school-- I could not have asked for someone better to work with our family, and I will definitely reach out to Lashaye again if we need care!
