Hello, Family My name is Lashawn, I am originally from Washington D. C. I am a mom of 2 teenage boys. I have three years of experience of care. I have worked one year as a in-home elementary learning instructor for three families. I also have two yrs of experience working with multiple senior citizens ranging from Alzheimer's/Dementia as well as independent living senior citizens. As a Life Enrichment Manager and Assistant Living Assistant for a senior living company. What I love most about the job is the opportunity I get to engage with the families members I work for. Understanding their level of interest. From those interactions I can use tools/ games& exercise to give back to families a meaningful & happy experience.
