Hi! My name is Shawda! and I'm an experienced childcare provider with over 7 years of experience caring for children in classroom, church, and in-home settings. I'm a graduate of Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and have completed additional early childhood training through the Childcare Education Institute. I currently serve as a Lead Teacher for the3-year-old classroom at Victory Church Midtown. As a woman of God, I value patience, kindness, integrity, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel loved and supported to grow and thrive . I bring a calm, nuturing, and cheerful spirit. Professionally, I currently work in the Cyber & Professional Lines Insurance industry, which has strengthened my senior leadership capabilities, reliability, attention to detail, and trustworthiness-qualities I carry into every childcare role.
