Miss Lacy took care of my two girls (4 yrs old and 8 month old, and at times my 9 yr old son) for close to 8 months, part time (roughly 8-12 hours a week). My girls absolutely adored her and looked forward to her returning each day. She was such a blessing to our family in more ways than one. In regards to the job description, she was prompt and on time each day, followed our family routine, completed household chores/cooking when needed, and followed specific schedules for my infant including naps/nursing schedule/feeding, etc. Her flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to any changes in my routine or work schedule was a huge plus. As an individual, and as a mother herself, she was able to extend a high level of patience with my children, especially my older daughter who struggled with severe separation anxiety. I worked at home part of the time and was able to see the compassion she exuded with my children first hand. She brought such calm and peace with her, in her personality and also with her professionalism. As a mother, it brings me joy and peace of mind knowing my routine will be followed and my children will be well taken care of while I’m away. It was difficult to say goodbye in the end, due to a change in my work availability, but I look forward to connecting with her again for any future arrangements. Any family would be lucky to have her.
