In terms of what a parent is concerned about we would best sum up Larissa as: Consistent, Dependable, Thoughtful, Punctual, Caring and Forward Looking. We agreed to a certain schedule and she consistently met that schedule without fail. She followed our instructions and used the equivalent of a caring parent's judgement when a modification was needed in the our child's best interest. Most importantly, we were never concerned would she remember to pick up our child following a vacation, time off etc... She was just there as arranged. This was great because it provided us a level of consistency enabling us to focus on other things. She was flexible and able to adjust when last minute schedule changes or appointments necessitated that she take our child to different locations: Doctor's, activities. She was very easy to communicate with and she provided us notice well in advance (weeks and months) when she needed an adjustment to the schedule. We would recommend and hire her again.
