I'd describe my personality as outgoing, adventurous, sympathetic, responsible, and dedicated, enjoy working with kids because not only do I stay occupied, but the kids do too! We'd have so much fun! I'm looking for a job that pays well and has an out going family. My goal is to help any family in need in any way possible! I started working with kids when I was a middle aged teen. I watched some family friends infants and toddlers quite a bit before they moved out of state. I loved taking them swimming and reading to them to put them to bed. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends, work out, and go on runs! One thing you should know about me is that I am really understanding and approachable. Our family had a wedding in VT and needed childcare for our two daughters, 1 and 3 years old. We hired Lara for the afternoon and evening and things went so well we ended up having her babysit again later that week. Ahead of the date, her communication was clear and she responded quickly. The day of the wedding Lara was on time, extremely helpful with everything going on, and great with our girls. I would absolutely recommend Lara to anyone looking for childcare and if we are in the area again wouldn't think twice about setting up another evening out.
