About Lara

Hi! My name is Lara, and I'm a dedicated and experienced childcare professional with a strong background in education. I have worked in school settings for the past two academic years, supporting and working closely with students from kindergarten through 6th grade. I am a certified Paraprofessional and have extensive experience assisting in classrooms, leading small groups, and providing one-on-one support to students. I also have meaningful experience working with children with special needs, both professionally and personally. Growing up with a brother who has autism has given me a deep understanding, patience, and compassion for children with diverse needs and learning styles. I am outgoing, nurturing, and truly passionate about working with kids. I strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where every child feels valued, understood, and cared for.
