About Lara

I'd describe my personality as kind, respectful, and genuine. I like working with kids because they allow me to be myself and have fun with them. I love how working with kids keeps me on my toes and allows me to use my creativity and energy! I'm looking for a job that will allow me to make meaningful connections with kids and their families. I started working with kids when I was in middle school when I began babysitting for kids in my neighborhood and my family. In my spare time, I like to read, especially mystery novels and classics (which is why my favorite author of all time is Agatha Christie), bake, and exercise. One thing you should know about me is I always want to go above and beyond for families. I always ask: "is there anything else I can do for you." I strive to be the best caregiver I can be in any situation. My skills include knowledge in child development, safety and first aid, and lastly patience and adaptability.
