About Laquierra

I'm a college graduate and Army Reservist who is reliable, dependable, caring, and passionate about working with children. As the oldest of 5 siblings and an aunt to two, caring for and being a positive influence on children has always been a meaningful part of my life. I go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel comfortable being themselves while also learning and growing. I enjoy engaging children through age-appropriate activities, helping with routines, encouraging good manners and responsibility, and being someone they can trust. I understand that caring for someone's child is a responsibility that requires patience, communication, attentiveness, and care. My goal is to provide quality childcare, but also to be a positive role model and influence with child growth and development. I would appreciate if structure and cleanliness is already apart of the household routine so there can be time for adjustments with the children.
