About Lane

I'd describe my personality as energetic, empathetic and driven! I like working with kids because I see children in a very unique light. I very intentionally focus on building a communicative, empathetic, trusting and supportive relationship with the children I take care of while still respecting boundaries of parenting styles requested by parents. Children are incredibly smart and curious and I feel my background has helped me lend a supporting hand to parents of children from all ages. I'm looking for a job that has flexible hours, guaranteed pay each week, open communication style with parents and a creative environment!
